The water loss rate according to the Minister of Public Works and Housing Republic Indonesia No. 27/PRT/M/2016 at maximum limit is 20%, but PERUMDA Delta Tirta in Taman Subistrict service zone 27.48, Waru Subdistrict I 32.28% II District 20.52%. purpose this study was evaluate level zone. evaluation method for Tawangsari IPA distribution network using Epanet 2.0 software simulation with pressure pipes velocity compared 27/PRT/M/2016. pipe 55.18 m, 0.1 m/s 59.57 1.58 m/s. Optimization WTP system zone, namely by changing pump head. Replacing head one solutions eliminate excessive reduce damage pipe.
